Bookings

1.1     All equipment remains the property of Liverpool Selfie Mirror at all times.

1.2     By placing an order with Liverpool Selfie Mirror either verbally or via email regardless of whether a ‘Contract of Engagement’ (COE)/ Booking Form has been completed, or booking fee paid, it is deemed that the customer has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound by all our terms and conditions of hire

In the event of traffic or other uncontrollable circumstances preventing us from being able to fulfil our contracted obligations our liability shall be limited to a refund of any moneys paid in relation to the contracted event, or a pro rata reduction in the hire fee in the event of a delayed start. No further compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings.

Prices, Booking fee and Balance Payments

2.1     All bookings are subject to a booking fee of £75 which is taken off the balance of your booking, in order to secure your booking with Liverpool Selfie Mirror, in the event of cancellation this is non-refundable.

2.2     The customer has 72 hours to pay the booking fee in order to fully secure the requested date/s, after the online booking form has been completed. After this time the booking date will be open for general sale and your booking maybe lost.

2.3     The booking fee is fully refundable if the customer feels to withdraw commitment for any reason up to 7 days after booking has been made. Booking fees are non- refundable after 7 days of payment.

Within 7 days of booking:                                  Deposit Refund

After 7 days up to 28 days before event:        Loss of deposit

28 days up to your event.                                  75% of fee

2.4     The balance is to be paid in full and cleared at least 28 days prior to the event start date.

2.5     Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notification. Once your booking is confirmed the customer will pay the price as agreed whether the price goes up or down due to offers at the time.

2.6     Liverpool Selfie Mirror reserve the right to charge an admin fee of £25 fee if payment is not been made in full by 28 days before the event.

Cancellations

 3.1     Any cancelled booking is subject to the following cancellation charges. Within 28 days customer will get 25% refund of their booking. Outside of 14 days of scheduled booking date, the booking fee will be forfeited

Equipment

4.1     The customer acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to Liverpool Selfie Mirror equipment caused by any misuse of our equipment by its customers or its guests or any theft or disaster at the client’s event

4.2     Liverpool Selfie Mirror will require a workspace of 10ft (W) x 10ft (D) x 7ft (H). The client will be responsible for providing suitable space as well as providing a standard working plug socket for power to the hired equipment.

4.3     The client will be responsible to check with their venue to make sure that the Liverpool Selfie Mirror is allowed on the premises and if so need to advise if there are any stairs at the venue.

4.4     Any additional cost incurred by the venue i.e. electricity use will be the responsibility of the client to settle with the venue and will not be the responsibility of Liverpool Selfie Mirror.

4.5     All goods remain the property of Liverpool Selfie Mirror at all times.

4.6     Liverpool Selfie Mirror reserve the right to amend or alter any product specifications without prior notice.

Site Location, Facilities & Conduct

5.1     Hired equipment will be set up in one location only as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once unloaded.

5.2     Liverpool Selfie Mirror reserve the right to refuse delivery if the venue or site is deemed to be unsuitable by our delivery personnel or if the client has failed to notify the company of any delivery obstructions such as stairs or excessive loading distances from our vehicle to the installation site. In such a case no refund will be given and full hire fee will be due.

5.3     The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable crowd control measures are in place prior to the start of the event.

5.4     Liverpool Selfie Mirror reserves the right to cease operation and remove hired equipment from site if at any time a representative of the company feels that guests or clients conduct endangers the safety of the guests, clients, themselves or the safety of the hired equipment. In such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be due to Liverpool Selfie Mirror.

5.5     Children under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult, the adult does not have to be in the photo but will need to supervise the child when operating the mirror.

Liability & Insurance

 6.1     The client agrees to indemnify the company for any damage or theft of Liverpool Selfie Mirror equipment whilst on hire.

6.2     The company accept no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and/or any injury arising from the use of hired equipment.

Use of Images

7.1     The client gives Liverpool Selfie Mirror permission to use images taken at their event to be used on our social media pages and for advertising and promotional purposes.

7.2     Liverpool Selfie Mirror will not use any images that are deemed unsuitable on their website or for advertising purpose and will not use any content that maybe personally damaging to the person(s) we will not use images of children in our promotions or advertising.

Hiring Delivery and Service

8.1     Delivery, set up and removal of the equipment is included in the total amount paid for the hire period.

8.2     The Liverpool Selfie Mirror will arrive at your venue 90-60 minutes before your chosen hire time. Customers requiring extra time i.e. static hours where we are required to set up earlier than the agreed hire time are charged at £75 per hour.

8.3     In the event that the client’s event is running late due to wedding speeches, wedding breakfast or any other reason the Liverpool Selfie Mirror will still be contracted to work at the hours agreed on their confirmation. If you require extra time we would charge the delayed time as static hours at £75 per hour.

8.4     Time taken to deliver, set up and remove the equipment will be outside the rental period.

8.5     A fully trained representative of the company will be on site throughout the hire of the equipment.
